The Food:

    Cost: $17.00

for their special Ebi broth ramen, we tried this signature ebi broth with soya sauce seasoning and marinated egg. The sweet shrimp fragrant and its taste is rather strong, and then we found that it resembles the Singapore Hae Bee(dried shrimp) smell. Broth is very rich with a deep shoyu and tonkotsu flavour, and it goes really well with the thicker type of noodles given. Loved that marinated egg which is made perfectly.

    Cost: $18.50

This is the chilled version of ramen served with sliced braised pork, minced chicken pork, veggies, seaweed and the sakura shrimps that adds more ebi flavour to the dish. Squeeze the  lemon wedge first and then mix up all the ingredients in the bowl, quite similar to mazesoba style. After throughly mixed, you will then be able to taste the blend of refreshing flavours!

This is the place to go if you want to chill with your friends or colleagues. Good ambiance, really good service and great food at good prices!
