Eat At Seven located at Suntec City is a Japanese food cluster which consists of 7 Japan’s top food specialist concepts. BURG Kitchen is one of them, but this restaurant is located at the inner area of Eat At Seven, you will have to wander through the corridor to reach this restaurant.
BURG Kitchen is helmed by Chef Kataoka, who has more than 30 years of culinary experience. This restaurant specialises in making juicy hamburgs using quality Australian beef, as well as a number of other mains like fried chicken dish and pasta dish.
- CHEESE BURG
For their specialty, you can choose either original or cheese version and pair it with one of the seven sauces available like the demi glace sauce or the teriyaki with mayo sauce(refer to menu). Each of these awesome 200g patty consist of a blend of minced beef with wagyu fats marinated with salt, pepper, miso, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs and milk. It is then pan fried and slow-cooked in the oven, a process that seals in the juicy goodness!
For this cheese version the patty is then topped with Colby and cheddar cheese that nicely torched. The combination of these cheese makes a more intense flavour and stretchy texture which complements well with the patty.
Furthermore, any order of the original or cheese burg dish entitles you to UNLIMITED SERVINGS AT THE SALAD AND DESSERT BAR!
- CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS WITH ORIGINAL SPICE BLEND
These shiok looking chicken wings are well marinated with pepper, nori and sesame seeds. The marination is what makes these crispy wings taste so good! Definitely gonna get this again if we come back here.
- PENNE MEAT SAUCE GRATIN
Consists of penne pasta mixed with a good amount of minced beef meat sauce and covered by a layer of melted stringy cheese gratin, plus a large beef meatball in the middle. The meatball is what we liked from this dish, as well as the great amount of stretchy cheese goodness!
- GOLDEN CURRY WITH HOMEMADE CREAMY CROQUET AND BEEF BALL
The curry comes with a number of peppers (red, green, yellow), baby corn, zucchini, a perfect onsen egg and a large beef meatball similar to the previous dish. We loved the curry in this dish, as it resembles the thick, flavourful and creamy Japanese curry used in curry rice dishes.
