[NEW!] Antoinette unveils NEW Salted Yolk and Chicken Floss mooncakes!

This mid-autumn festival, Antoinette will be offering a NEW type of mooncake that consists of 2 of Singapore’s favourite ingredients: Salted Egg Yolk and Chicken Floss!

For those who don’t know, Antoinette is a quintessential Parisan pâtisserie and restaurant that serves exciting sweet and savoury items including classic French À la carte dishes as well as a number of picturesque petite cakes! Decorated with sophisticated French furnitures and ornate finishings, Antoinette is the place for luxury dining.

Award winning Chef Pang owner of Antoinette has once again weaved his culinary magic by creating Singapore’s first-ever SALTED YOLK CHICKEN FLOSS MOONCAKE (Cost: $58.00/box of 4)! These mooncakes is made of low-sugar white lotus paste with pumpkin seeds and salted yolk chicken floss in the center!

Apart from the new mooncake, Antoinette also offer the TRADITIONAL MOONCAKE WITH SINGLE YOLK (Cost: $51.00/box of 4) and DOUBLE YOLK (Cost: $55.00/box of 4). Mooncakes are packed within beautiful Antoinette collectible tins like the one in the picture above!

Also together with this new mooncake is another brand new macaron flavour, the MACARON LUNAR WITH SALTED YOLK CHICKEN FLOSS (Cost: $19.00/box of 6). Beautifully baked macaron shells with ingredients of a mooncake: white lotus paste, salted egg yolk and chicken floss!
