The Menu:

The Food:

  • SIGNATURE CRISPY SUMMER WRAP WITH PASSIONFRUIT
    (Cost: $35.80++)

Our first vegetarian dish represents Beijing’s famous Pecking Duck dish. The “duck” is made of crisp soya slices coated in special butter, and even the eating style of this dish follows the method of Pecking duck. Place those strips of carrot, cucumber and passionfruit onto a piece of popiah wrapper and add the homemade sweet bean paste in it. Then roll it all up and enjoy the mix of distinctive flavours.

  • SIGNATURE HOMEMADE SATAY
    Cost: ($15.80++)

Another rendition of meat dishes, this time its the “Satay” that looks almost like the actual satay dish. Made of crispy and soft soya slices marinated with more than 10 different fragrant spices, and comes with homemade satay dipping sauce.

  • LOTUS YAM PASTE WITH PURPLE RICE
    Cost: $6.80++

Lotus Kitchen serves not just tantalising vegetarian dishes, they also offer healthy and yummy desserts like this Lotus Yam Paste! The yam paste is cooked with the purple rice together with red beans, red dates, dried raisins and wolf berries! So much goodness in a bowl of dessert!

Other notable dishes include the must try LION’S MANE PAN-FRIED DUMPLINGS ($8.80++/6pcs), savoury handcrafted dumplings that consists of quality mushrooms instead of minced meat.

This BRAISED MUSHROOM IN HOT STONE POT ($18.80++) looks really like the Taiwanese dish 三杯鸡 also known as “Three Cup Chicken”. But instead of chicken, it is made of quality ingredients such as Lion’s Mane Mushrooms, Shiitake Mushrooms stir fried with bamboo shoots.
