In the middle of many seafood restaurants and Chinese restaurants at MacPherson Road, lies a new eatery that brings KL’s famous chilli ban mee to Singapore. It is actually conjoined together with another restaurant called Aroi Mak Mookata, and therefore you can order food and drinks (including Thai Milk Tea) from both menu. The whole place is air conditioned, and there is even a private VIP room available to book. The menu now consists of 11 dishes, a new dish – Crayfish Abalone Combo Ban Mee for $20.00 has been added. You can also add-on more ingredients if the food is not enough.

- SIGNATURE CHILLI BAN MEE
Their Signature Dry Chilli Ban Mee consists of minced meat, anchovies, fried onions, poached egg and some meatballs. The chilli is not added to the bowl, but is provided on the table so you can add your desired amount. Isn’t that good?😁 We love the soft and springy noodles, and how it get infused with the savoury and spicy flavours from the ingredients, making it a delicious and “shiok” dish! It also comes with a bowl of vegetable soup, which is rather flavourful and not oily.

Directions: Alight at Tai Seng MRT Station (Circle line CC11) and exit at Exit B. Walk along Paya Lebar Road until you see a crossroads. Turn right to MacPherson Road and follow this road until you see a traffic light. Cross the road, and continue up the street. Walk pass all the seafood crab restaurants. IF you see a Kin Kin Chilli Pan Mee – not this shop, but is related to KL Chilli Ban Mee. Walk further up pass 2 more blocks of shophouses and you will reach the actual stall which is conjoined with Aroy Mak Mookata. (Approx 6mins walk)
