Menu and pricing:
- POACHED EGGS
The generous amount of creamy cheese and hollandaise sauce pairs well with the beautifully made poached eggs. Together with some delicious tender smoke salmon atop a thick piece of crispy toast, this is definitely a good breakfast to start your day with.
- SMOKED SALMON ROSTI
Smoked Salmon Rosti is the newest addition to the menu, which contains a poach egg and slices of smoked salmon similar to the above dish. The addition of fresh avocado is perfect, as it balances well with the delicious crispy rosti base. With some cream cheese and a scatter of tokiko roe, this is truly an enjoyable dish of outstanding quality.
- GOLD RUSH WAFFLE
This tantalising dessert is made with 2 big scoops of vanilla bean and dark chocolate ice cream atop a large piece of waffle, scattered with cookie crumbs and garnished with caramel chips. The honeycomb and salted egg yolk sauce provides another notch of sweetness to the dessert, making it a treat that will definitely satisfy your palate.
