- AYAM PENYET
The smashed fried chicken is well marinated, and it is fried till it’s crispy on the outside.
The homemade-spicy sambal chilli 🌶goes perfectly well with the fried chicken. This dish comes with crunchy batter bits, fried beancurds, rice and some kerupuk.
- AYAM SAMBAL IJO
Similar to the above dish, but instead of the original sambal, this version comes with sambal ijo which is an Indonesian green chilli paste.
The sambal ijo is spicy and sweet, a unique taste that is different from the traditional sambal.
- BAWAL PENYET
This restaurant doesn’t just serve chicken, for those who love fish🐟 , there is something for you all!😄
There is Bawal Penyet which also stands for fried pomfret, and is served in a way similar to the Ayam Penyet. It’s delicious and the fish is fresh. 👍
- TAHU TELOR
A side dish made by combining fried beancurd and eggs and mold into a cylindrical shape, serves with a peanut sauce. The sweet peanut sauce compliments well with the savoury tahu telor.
