  • TORIKOKU WITH SPECIAL TOPPING
    Cost: S$18.30

Their signature chicken broth is specially prepared by professional ramen chefs, and every bowl of ramen is made from more than 400grams of chicken!! This is one of their signature ramen which has a combination of slices of chashu, fish and chicken meat. On top of these, it also comes with a slice of lemon to give the broth a slight sharp and sour taste.

Their rich chicken broth is definitely the star of this dish. It’s not so salty and we manage to finish every single bit of the broth. ✌🏻️

  • MAZESOBA NAGOYA STYLE
    Cost: S$12.80

Mazesoba is a dry noodle dish, where you have to mix ingredients yourself, a style similar to the Chinese “Zha Jiang Mian”. It is recommended by the restaurant to mix your Mazesoba for about 20 seconds to obtain the optimal flavours. This bowl comes with plenty of spring onions, a bunch of shredded seaweed, a scoop of spicy minced meat and the amazing soft watery egg that makes the whole dish so flavourful. You can ask for vinegar or some chilli oil to further enhance the flavours. When you realise that you finished the noodles but still have lots of ingredients left, you can say “OIMESHI!” to the staff and they will provide you with a small bowl of rice to eat with the remaining ingredients.

  • MAZESOBA WITH SOFT BOIL EGG AND DEEP FRIED CHICKEN
    Cost: S$15.30

Similar to the one before, this version comes with chashu and menma (bamboo shoot), 2 pieces of kaarage, and smaller amount of spring onions. When mixed correctly, every mouthful of the noodle will have that strong egg taste. The kaarage is crispy and tastes as great, a good compliment to the Mazesoba.
